MY CREATiVE JOURNEY
From the time I was a child, drawing was one of my favorite pastimes. Even then, I dreamed of becoming an artist. Years later, I attended art college where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design.

My professional career has taken me through a variety of creative roles. I worked as a graphic designer for an advertising agency in the Washington, D.C. area followed by a position in Marketing Communications at one of the first commercial Internet Service Providers in Northern Virginia.

After spending several rewarding years as a stay-at-home mom, I returned to design as the in-house graphic designer for a vineyard, brewery, and distillery in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Along the way, I also enjoyed working with freelance clients on a variety of projects.

Working in the wine industry sparked an appreciation for the variety of shapes and colors of the bottles themselves. I began to imagine transforming them into decorative pieces with a second life. That creative spark eventually inspired me to repurpose wine bottles into unique, handcrafted art.

Now retired, I continue creating one-of-a-kind wine bottle artwork and also welcome select freelance graphic design projects when time and inspiration allow.

Today, I'm still following the dream I had as a child—using my imagination to create, design, and make things that bring beauty and joy to others.
